It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves and follow public health recommendations for gatherings in the region of the rented chalet on the date of the first transfer and for the rental date. Please refer to the
official website for the latest COVID-19 related updates. Please note that unless the government closes the paths, making access to the chalet impossible, no refunds will be provided. The customer is renting the chalet knowingly of the risks and assumes full responsibility if the pandemic gains ground or if a member of their group was struggling with COVID-19 before entering the cottage.
